The common characteristics:

  • The continuous vertical conveyor (CVC) offers multiple types, such as Z, C, E, and F, based on the direction of the inlet and outlet.
  • To achieve vertical material conveying, the CVC utilizes a roller shutter mechanism, enabling continuous operation without occupying working time and ensuring high conveying efficiency.
  • The CVC is designed specifically for transporting goods, without strict size limitations on the materials being conveyed. It primarily operates in a one-way mode but can also support two-way operation if required.
  • By integrating with import and export conveying equipment, the CVC facilitates fully automated conveying processes, eliminating the instability associated with manual operation.
  • With its compact structure and small footprint, the continuous elevator occupies minimal floor space.

The difference (steel chain & rubber chain) :

  • Steel chains excel in their ability to bear heavy loads and resist corrosion, friction, pollution, acids, and alkalis. They exhibit high tensile strength and enable efficient material conveying.
  • Rubber chains, on the other hand, are recognized for their wear resistance, silent operation, and moderate corrosion resistance. They require no maintenance or lubrication, and their minimal friction ensures energy efficiency.
